Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and wears just a black suit. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His moppish auburn hair is in a traditional bowl cut. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mason born in the past three hundred years. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He became a Mason soon after.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new mason responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.

History: He was born in the west. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Gifted from a young age, Sammal studied abroad. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Sammal alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: Ivellios is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Ivellios is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.
