History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting drow, the young Pelaios began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. A gifted student he started as a Sailor, but he got bored and became a Courier. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Tomi's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Halflings in Tomi's homeland. Tomi decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Fax was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Stableman. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
