Description: His left thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. His hair, while still mostly dark red, has prominent grey streaks. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was raised in a desert tribe. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the south were limited. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a blue costume with the symbols of the sun god on his torso. He sports a long golden beard, and similarly colored long hair. His eyes are violet and beady.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: He is in excellent shape and wears a pastel shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His tied-back hair is golden. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his amber eyes.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He takes great joy in being the best Layabout in town.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A 4'8" northern man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). He has wavy silver hair. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mercenary. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and expand his business
