History: He was born on a small isolated farm. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting illithids, the young Hupe began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
