Description: He likes to wear ponchos typically of a light black in addition to tight pants, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'6" when asserting himself. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents were killed by orcs in a raid when he was still a young child. The orcs captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by lycanthropy.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes illithids are coming to abduct people. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and carries hammers. His golden hair is heavily combed to the right. His amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Animal Trainer who has hired him part-time. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.
