Description: Standing 3'4", this man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise brown. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. During his travels, Calcitro and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Calcitro discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Calcitro fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Watson grew up listening to his father's many stories. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He sports a flattop crest cut. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shepherd hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Bather arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Calcitro was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He became a Bather soon after.
