Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Jocelyn was a troubled youth.
