History: Bertram hails from a village terrorized by brigands. He worked as a nervous Mayor and found it very stressful. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Mayor for hire.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was born in a small desert village. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Halander fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
