Personality: He is a Miner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. A true patriot, Cimer would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Cimer hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Cimer was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the brigands.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
