Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He tends to his Carter job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a Spy, his father struggled to pay the bills. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: This man wears tattered old clothes. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Map Maker mother left him crippled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally
