History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He has had some formal writing training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions

Description: He stands about 4'0" and is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, red shirt, and brown tie. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: Morkral hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Morkral was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Oren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to unite with his brother
