Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. After a long history of fighting, Fragrant and his spouse have recently divorced.
