History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Bellfounder. Recently the stress of being a Bellfounder has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Percival liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Raam lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
