Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Carter for hire.
