Personality: Charles hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his singing career. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Ruler business.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His childhood dream was to be a Stylist, but he was a colossal failure. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He was born in the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
