History: Born in the north to a Mayor, Cimer learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gifted student he started as a Mason, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 3 years.

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy black stubble. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. He has a hunchback. His black hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He's also a talented Beggar, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
