Description: Standing 3'2", this man likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Fulbar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Fulbar. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help.

His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His silver crest is still thick. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Carter, but he got bored and became a Mayor. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His chestnut hair is still thick. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of dire rats may trigger it at times.

History: Tim was born with his mother's beautiful face. At a young age his mother died while driving off some dire rats. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in rapier use. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: A deep hatred of dire rats; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
