History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Butcher. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. After coming to the age of reason, Barendd took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up work as a Butcher and fed both sides of the war false information with the goal of increasing casualties.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. After a long history of fighting, Lance and his spouse have recently divorced.
