Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the north to a Armorer, Nelkin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Armorer.
