When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Kelter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a Farmer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Armorer. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
