Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses like a well dressed Priest does. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.
Personality: Barendd speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His childhood dream was to be a Animal Trainer, but he was a colossal failure. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his blue robe. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. He has amber eyes and a brown hat with a blue feather.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Paelias isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Paelias was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Paelias decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He takes great joy in being the best Assassin in town.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Dorn grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His childhood dream was to be a Performer, but he was a colossal failure. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Performer they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Assassin, and he later adopted a second daughter.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This late middle aged man wears a yellow tunic with tan highlights, and long white pants that bunch up around his shoes and is in decent physical shape. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Thervan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Thervan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Cartwright and was forced into it by his family.
