Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Pallabar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
