History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Mantus learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Description: He stands about 5'6" and wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Hubert never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
