History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mortician arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He married young, but lost his spouse to dire rats. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Stableman hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Zâthra was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
