Personality: Everard is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Dyer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Everard and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Vlorn isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Vlorn was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: The child of a Dilettante, who enjoyed hunting, Erky was taken on many hunting expeditions. Erky liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and obtaining odd cultural gnomish artifacts is his passion
