History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Bellfounder. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Balam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Mercenary, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
