History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Doctor they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Junk Dealer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Nelkin's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
