History: Rhogar was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Cleric, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Cleric in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
