History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Horza was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Horza's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
