When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Rael alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears silk and lounges about seductively. His red hair is still thick. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
