History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cartwright. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Borun grew up listening to his mother's many stories. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Cartwright for the past few years.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he desires power and/or immortality
