Description: This western man typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His clothes are grease stained in places. He has shaved his head bald. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Varis was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Varis decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Description: He prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He wears a top hat to hide his balding. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Priest arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized green coat, and he perpetually has his kukri ready. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. This gray eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Zaffrab fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants to work out more often
