His black leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars, but does not cut a very imposing figure. Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
