Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. A true patriot, Dean would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: This man wears suspenders and yellow workpants. His shirt is white, and he wears a heavy yellow leather apron most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Enialis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Enialis. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Junk Dealer. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Junk Dealer. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and sabotage a competitor
