History: Dean was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 12th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Anthony embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Brewer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Anthony lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Through the years after Anthony was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Anthony's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Dwarf Monk who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.
