Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. The war was a terrible time for him, and Gilthur does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

After a long history of fighting, Aelar and his spouse have recently divorced.
