Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Carrie was raised in a hard working conservative environment. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He tends to his Cartwright job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.
