History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Raer was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Beiro alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to reunite with his old friends
