Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Halflings. His skin is light but he possesses many white ritualistic tattoos. He wears well tailored suits and hats with beautiful decoration. He is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. His brown hair is singed and shortened. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Ortegar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Animals are drawn to him, and he is able to talk to them.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Ortegar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Born in the north to a Sailor, Theobald learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Sailor.
