Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. A true patriot, Veit would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small mountains village. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Veit was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Veit fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
