History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His childhood dream was to be a Shepherd, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born in the south. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and to reunite with his old friends
