History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears baggy violet pantaloons and a black scarf. His brown hair is matted, messy, and big. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Born in the east to a Locksmith, Mindartis learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Through the years after Mindartis was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Mindartis's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He tends to his Locksmith job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
