His father taught him the rudiments of the Detective arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: Gifted from a young age, Fulbar studied abroad. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered dancing. He tends to his Armorer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
