Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Alston isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Gnomish unity. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Apothecary business.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Alston was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Alston's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
