He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Arannis hails from a village terrorized by goblins. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Arannis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Bernard will drive conversation. The war was a terrible time for him, and Bernard does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Bernard was born with his father's beautiful face. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Bernard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
