Personality: Fallond speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Dwarves in the north were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
