Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Hubert does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Hubert hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
