History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When Oskar reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. History: Nelkin was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Nelkin took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
