Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Thorin took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up hand crossbow and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Fragrant learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has worked as a Soapmaker like his father before him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Roofer arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Rûg hails from a village terrorized by drow. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Merchant work with an outfit from a few towns over. Merchant work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Merchant for hire.
