History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. After a long history of fighting, Paggen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Theodoric hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
